Scuba Diving the Gorgonian Wall in Guanaja

Guanaja Honduras is home to the world's second largest barrier reef. The scuba diving here is exceptional and I think one of the best places if you are going to blow bubbles in the Caribbean. One of my favorite dives is the Gorgonian Wall.

This is a stunning spot along Guanaja's barrier reef wall. There are interesting pinnacles here, but this site is known especially for the amazing deep-water gorgonia that inhabit the wall.
In addition, there are some amazing giant barrel sponges here too. Some of these sponges are nearly large enough to hold a small person inside.

Does this make you just want to grab your "flips" and head on down here? Only a two hour flight from Miami ... see you on the reef!

Scuba Guanaja, the most fun you'll ever have with or without your clothes on!
